Biography
Dr Browning is an experienced GP with over 20 years’ experience of service in the NHS. She graduated from Glasgow Medical School in 2004 and qualified as a GP in 2008.
Dr Browning enjoys the variety that general practice brings. She has a particular interest in women’s health and how lifestyle factors and stress can influence and impact overall health and well-being. She also has a passion for teaching and has been a vocational studies / communication skills tutor at Glasgow Medical School since 2010. Committed to patient centred care, Dr Browning strives to meet and support you wherever you are on your health/wellness journey.

7/23/2025Very aesthetically welcoming practice with a pleasant, friendly receptionist and a comfortable waiting room. Extremely professional and caring experience with Dr Sharkey who made me feel comfortable discussing some difficult issues. Assessment was thorough, I did not feel rushed and I left the appointment feeling calm, positive and informed. Overall, a great experience, therefore I would not hesitate to return to or recommend this practice.
