Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General

Eno Health is an online platform dedicated to connecting patients with independent healthcare services. We list a wide range of services, including consultations with healthcare professionals, digital health services, and a range of resources that help you manage your health effectively. We only list services and healthcare providers who are regulated in the United Kingdom.

Eno Health is not a provider of healthcare services. We carefully vet the providers listed on our platform to ensure patients access the best care available.

Eno Health is not an emergency service. If you need urgent medical attention, please contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital. For non-emergency situations that require prompt non-urgent attention, you can book a same-day appointment with one of the GPs listed on Eno Health.

Eno Health services are currently tailored for UK patients, but we plan to expand internationally. Stay tuned for updates!

Reviews

Yes, we encourage patients to leave reviews for the services they receive. After your appointment, you will receive an email inviting you to rate and review your experience. Your feedback helps other patients make informed decisions and helps us maintain the quality of our listings.

Reviews labelled as generated on Eno Health come from verified patients who have used the services through our platform. Each review is moderated to ensure it meets our guidelines.

We use reviews from Google, TrustPilot and other legitimate providers, where patients have left reviews. While we cannot guarantee the authenticity of these reviews we include them because we believe it is important to give a complete picture to you when you book. We will always make it clear what the source of individual reviews are so you can decide how relevant they are to you.
